Do I have to use the portal?

No. Paper, phone, and fax all work exactly as they do today. CareConnect is an optional add-on for prescribers who want a faster, digital workflow.

Is my patient data secure?

Yes. CareConnect encrypts data at rest and in transit, requires multi-factor authentication for every prescriber, and maintains a full audit log of every action. It runs on the same enterprise infrastructure hospitals use for their EHRs.

What states are you licensed in?

Our pharmacies are licensed to ship to most US states. Contact us directly to confirm coverage for your practice location.

How do I get started?

Complete the registration form below. We’ll verify your NPI and state license, then reach out with next steps — typically within one business day. If you’d like to try CareConnect, we’ll set up your portal account at the same time.

Can my staff send Rxs on my behalf?

Yes. CareConnect supports practice roles (Owner / Prescriber / Staff). Your staff can prepare Rxs; you sign with a secure PIN. Paper prescriptions follow your normal practice policies.

Any of our pharmacy locations — or email [email protected]. Our team responds the same business day (Monday–Friday). Weekend messages are answered first thing Monday morning.
